Cookie And Analytics Notice

How Aspire 2: CMS uses essential storage, security tools, and analytics.

Last updated: 15 June 2026.

Summary

Aspire 2: CMS keeps public website tracking light. Public tenant websites (your customers' sites, on a subdomain or their own domain) use a first-party aggregate pageview beacon. They do not load PostHog browser JavaScript, session replay, advertising pixels, or visitor cookies. The only place we load browser analytics is our own marketing site at aspire2cms.com, and you can opt out of it.

Essential Storage

We may use essential browser storage for login sessions, security, remembering cookie notice dismissal, and operating the admin product. These are needed to provide the service.

Admin Analytics

The admin app may use PostHog product analytics only after an admin user accepts analytics. If analytics is declined, the admin app remains usable and PostHog browser analytics is not initialized.

Public Tenant Site Analytics

Public tenant pages may send aggregate pageview events to the Aspire Worker API. The payload includes page and tenant metadata, path, title, referrer domain, UTM parameters, and a broad device category. It does not include lead form contents, raw IP address, session replay, or visitor cookies.

Marketing Site Analytics (aspire2cms.com)

Our own marketing pages at aspire2cms.com load PostHog browser analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, sources, broad location and device). This uses first-party browser storage and is served through a first-party domain. It runs on an opt-out basis: a notice appears on your first visit, and choosing "Decline analytics" stops PostHog and clears its identifier. This applies only to aspire2cms.com — never to a tenant's website.

Turnstile

Public forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention. Turnstile runs when a visitor uses a form and is treated as necessary for security and abuse prevention.

Changing Choices

Admin users can reopen Cookie settings from the admin screens. Public visitors can clear local browser storage or use the Cookie details link in the footer to view this notice.
