Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for content, conduct, spam, licence claims, and abuse on Aspire 2: CMS.
Last updated: 2 June 2026. This policy applies to tenants, invited users, and published tenant content.
General Rules
You must not use Aspire 2: CMS to create, host, transmit, or promote content or conduct that:
- is unlawful, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive;
- infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
- contains malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or security bypass attempts;
- interferes with the platform, other tenants, or infrastructure providers;
- collects or uses personal information unlawfully; or
- breaches these Terms, provider rules, or applicable Australian law.
Spam And Lead Data
You must not use Aspire 2: CMS, tenant lead records, exported data, or any connected email workflow to send spam or unsolicited commercial electronic messages. You must honour unsubscribe requests and comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and other applicable laws.
Reviews, Testimonials, And Claims
You must not publish fake reviews, fake testimonials, manipulated ratings, misleading before-and-after claims, or customer statements you do not have permission to use.
Queensland Trade Licence Claims
If your business is in a regulated trade or occupation, you are responsible for showing accurate licence, registration, qualification, and authority details where required.
- No false or misleading Electrical Contractor Licence claims.
- No false or misleading QBCC, plumbing, drainage, gasfitting, building, or similar licence claims.
- No implication that Aspire has verified your licence unless we expressly say so in writing.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, notify affected parties or providers, or terminate service where we reasonably believe there is legal, security, abuse, platform, or reputational risk.
